Is the Ice-Skating Ribbon open?
Yes, the Ice-Skating Ribbon is open, RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED to skate and can be made through the Maggie Daley Park website. There are NO walk up or same day reservations available.
When is the park open?
Maggie Daley Park is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 6:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday – Sunday, as per COVID mandates. Masks are required at all times in the park.
Is there an admission fee for the park?
No, there is not an admission fee for the park. However, there are costs associated with the climbing wall, bungee, mini golf, skating ribbon, and snack kiosk.
How can I rent space for an event at Maggie Daley Park?
Maggie Daley Park has a variety of unique spaces to host your next birthday party, picnic, corporate meeting or wedding. Does the park have a lost and found?
Lost and found items at Maggie Daley Park are maintained by security and are available for 24/7 pick-up by calling security directly at 312.937.1830.
Are dogs allowed in the park?
No. Dogs are not allowed in Maggie Daley Park.
Is alcohol allowed in the park?
Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas during private events, with a Caterer’s License.
Is grilling allowed in the park?
Grilling, barbecuing or any activities involving fire are not permitted in the park.
Is smoking permitted in the park?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside the park.
Are bikes allowed in the park?
Bike riding is not allowed in the park. Visitors must walk their bikes through the park or park them in the bike parking areas located around the perimeter of the park. Bikes left in the park will be removed.

What will the Ice Ribbon path be used for the summer?
The Ice Ribbon path will be used as a walking path and a climbing wall spectator area.
